本頁說明如何刪除你喺《LetsTalk:傾一傾》（由 BeyondCare Limited 開發）嘅帳戶及相關個人資料。適用於 iOS 及 Android 應用程式，以及 therapyforhk.com 網站帳戶。
方法一：喺 App 內即時刪除
- 開啟《LetsTalk:傾一傾》App 並登入
- 喺主頁進入「個人檔案」
- 揀「刪除帳戶」
- 喺確認視窗再撳一次「刪除帳戶」
確認後，你嘅帳戶同下列資料會即時被永久刪除，無法復原，毋須等待審批。
方法二：電郵申請（毋須使用 App）
如你已經無法使用 App（例如已刪除 App），只需將你註冊時使用嘅電話號碼電郵至 [email protected]即可，唔需要提供其他資料：
撳呢度開啟已寫好嘅電郵，填上你嘅電話號碼，撳傳送就得。
我哋會先核實你係號碼持有人（例如以短訊或回覆電郵確認），核實後為你刪除帳戶，並喺 40 日內回覆確認（符合香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》規定）。
會刪除嘅資料
刪除帳戶時，以下資料會被永久刪除：
- 帳戶及登入資料（包括電話號碼）
- 個人檔案資料（姓名、出生年份、性別等）
- 登記問卷及心理健康評估回應（包括病史資料）
- 與輔導員嘅對話訊息（文字、語音、圖片）
- 預約紀錄
- 配對及服務計劃紀錄
- 裝置推送通知識別碼
會保留嘅資料及保留期

Delete Your Account (English)
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for LetsTalk:傾一傾, developed by BeyondCare Limited.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate): open the LetsTalk:傾一傾 app and sign in, go to Profile (個人檔案), tap Delete Account (刪除帳戶), and confirm. Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — by email (no app needed): simply email your registered phone number to [email protected] — no other information is needed. We will verify that you own the number (by SMS or reply), then delete your account and confirm within 40 days, as required by the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Data deleted: account and login data (phone number), profile information, intake questionnaire and mental-health assessment responses, chat messages with your counsellor (text, voice, images), booking records, matching and service-plan records, and device push tokens.
Data kept: payment transaction records (up to 7 years, for tax and legal compliance; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us), customer-support correspondence (as required by law), and anonymised statistics that cannot identify you. Backup copies are securely purged within 90 days of deletion.
